The MARCHI'S COMPANY has been involved for several years in the marketing and installation of road safety barriers, both in steel and in wood and noise barriers; and in close collaboration with important manufacturers both for the purchase of the material and for the installation of the barriers.
The road barriers or commonly called "Guard-rail" are restraint devices put in place essentially in order to create acceptable safety conditions for road users and for externals, if any, in relation to the configuration of the road, ensuring, within certain limits, the containment of vehicles tending to exit from the roadway.
The areas to be protected are: The margins of all outdoor works of art such as bridges, viaducts, bridges, overpasses and retaining walls for the roadway; the traffic divider where present; the lateral road margin if the height with the ground plane is greater than or equal to 1.00 m.
It is also very important to protect fixed obstacles along the roadway such as piles of bridges, outcropping rocks, lighting poles, trees, waterways, signposts, public or private buildings close to the road.
The SOA Certificate is used to partecipate in public tenders with the Italian State.
